John is a founder of the company and is active in
the boardroom and on our numerous field projects, working closely with our
project geologists. He has experience exploring for a variety of base and
specialty metals. Of particular significance were exploration programs for
nickel in the Thompson Nickel Belt of Manitoba and for high-grade shear-hosted
gold in the Yellowknife gold camp.

George joined the Company’s exploration team as Vice
President of Exploration in January, 2005. He has over 40 years of experience in
the field of geology, focused on mineral deposits and exploration techniques,
and primarily on the Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposit types. In 1977,
George was appointed head of the Mineral Deposits Section at the Manitoba
Geological Survey. He leads the Company's exploration committee to determine
strategies and activities for each of the Company's projects.
His extensive knowledge of the geology of Manitoba
is proving to be a significant advantage for VMS Ventures Inc. on its Manitoba
properties. His expertise in VMS deposits will be of particular importance to
the development of the new Snow Lake properties and our other VMS properties.

Mark has 33 years of industry and government
experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has
worked for major and junior mining exploration companies and the Manitoba
Geological Survey completing his employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of
the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001 Mark was the recipient of the Provincial
Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific
achievement. He has successfully applied partial and selective extraction
geochemical technologies including the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in
exploration programs for lode and placer gold, base metal massive sulphides,
platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, porphyry copper deposits and
kimberlite / carbonatite in a variety of geological settings and overburden
environments. Mark has published numerous articles on mineral deposits and their
geochemical expressions in rock, soil and vegetation sample media. He is a
Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists

Canadian mines, 13 in Manitoba, during his distinguished career as a geologist,
geophysicist and senior mining executive.

Greg has worked 19 years in the exploration business for major and junior mining companies, primarily in Nevada. This experience includes exploration and development at major mines in the Carlin and Battle Mountain - Eureka gold belts, where he was directly involved with the expansion of gold resources and discovery of two new deposits, one of which was subsequently mined. For the past twelve years, he has conducted generative exploration in the western US and has consulted for exploration compamies with projects located in North and South America, Australia, Africa, and Europe. Greg is President of Harvest Gold Corporation (US) and a past President and Director of the Geological Society of Nevada. |
